Our cancellation policy is designed to provide complete flexibility to users while maintaining quality service.

1. Subscription Cancellation - Core Principles

Complete Flexibility

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked and no cancellation fees
  • Continued Service: Service remains available until the end of your paid period
  • No Future Charges: No additional charges will occur after cancellation
  • Data Preservation: All your content and files will be preserved until the end of your billing period

Practical Example:

If you cancel your subscription on the 15th of the month, and your subscription renews on the 1st of the next month, you will continue to enjoy all features of your current plan until the 1st of the next month. Starting from the 1st of the next month, your account will transition to the free plan or the plan you selected as a replacement.

2. Subscription Plan Changes

2.1 Plan Upgrades

  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately
  • You will be charged pro-rata for the remaining period on the new plan
  • Immediate access to all advanced features

2.2 Plan Downgrades

  • Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • You will continue to enjoy your current plan until the end of the paid period
  • No refund for the difference in the current period

3. Refund Policy

General Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except for exceptional cases outlined below. This allows us to continue developing and improving our service.

3.1 Exceptional Cases for Refunds

  • Severe Technical Issues: When service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Double Billing: In case of technical error in billing
  • Security Issues: In case of security breach that affected service
  • Trial Period: Full refund within 7 days of new subscription (without excessive usage)

3.3 Credits

  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law
  • While subscribed to a paid plan, purchased credits carry over month-to-month
  • If you cancel a paid subscription, any remaining credits remain usable until the end of your current billing period; on that date, unused purchased credits expire
  • If you downgrade to the Free plan, paid credits are removed and only the monthly free-plan credits remain (reset monthly to the admin-configured amount)
  • “End of billing period” means the date your subscription would next renew according to your Lemon Squeezy billing schedule

3.2 Refund Request Process

  2. Provide detailed explanation of the reason for refund request
  3. Include account details and billing dates
  4. Review and response within 48 hours
  5. If approved - refund within 5-7 business days

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancellation Steps:

This opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can manage your subscription

Cancel or Change Plan

In the portal, click "Cancel Subscription" or "Change Plan" and confirm your choice

5. Transition to Free Plan

5.1 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your account automatically transitions to the free plan
  • All files and projects remain saved
  • Access to basic features continues indefinitely
  • You can upgrade to a paid plan again at any time
